About the Job

At Uniflex, we are currently looking for a traveling service technician for an exciting assignment within a vital community service. In this role, you will work with technical installation in bus and train environments, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of public transport every day. You will be employed by Uniflex and work in project form together with a small, close-knit team at our client, where the work is performed out in vehicles across Sweden.

The position has an immediate start and begins with three months, with the ambition of extension for the right person. The role is varied and combines technology, IT, and practical work, where no day is the same. You will receive a thorough introduction and the opportunity to gradually grow into the role.

The work mainly takes place during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur. Travel within Sweden is a natural part of the job, and overnight stays in other locations may be required.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Installation and assembly of technical equipment in buses and trains
• Working with IT and electronic systems such as payment systems, cameras, and other vehicle-related technology
• Deinstallation, troubleshooting, and upgrading of existing systems
• Interpreting electrical diagrams and technical documentation
• Project work together with colleagues, where you gradually take on more responsibility

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and experience in technical installation or assembly. You are practical, meticulous, and enjoy working hands-on in an environment where quality and safety are a priority. You also have a good understanding of electronics.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with others.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Previous experience in technical installation or assembly (requirement)
• Experience reading electrical diagrams (meritorious)
